Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1 1/2 cup pecan halves
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. IN SAUCEPAN COMBINE SUGARS AND CREAM. BRING TO BOIL OVER MED. HEAT, STIRRING OCC. WITH WOODEN SPOON; CONTINUE COOKING, STIRRING OCC., TO 228* ON CANDY THEROMETER. ADD PECANS AND BUTTER. COOK OVER MED. HEAT, STIR FREQUENTLY, TO 236*. REMOVE PAN TO WIRE RACK. LET COOL 10 MIN. STIR 1 MIN. DROP BY TABLESPOONS 3 IN. APART ONTO FOIL.
