Pecan Pie Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350. Line 12 muffin tins, spray with Pam. Whisk eggs until frothy and stir in all other ingredients except pecans. Spoon into pan, top w nuts, and bake 20-25 min.
