Pecan Cream Cheese Bars

Ingredients:

  • crust...
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/8 cup of sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter, melted
  • filling......
  • two , 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Crust...
  2. Mix your flour, sugar & pecans with your melted butter.
  3. Put in a 9x13 baking pan and pat down making a small ridge around pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, take out and cool.

  6. Filling....
  7. Beat your cream cheese until smooth.
  8. Add your sugar, mix some,
  9. Then add your eggs and vanilla & mix til smooth.
  10. Pour on top of your cooled crust .
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
  12. Cool, then dust with powdered sugar.
  13. Cut into squares.
