Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400*. Lightly spray tortilla and place oil-side down on baking sheet.
  2. Peel, core, and thinly slice pear into about 20 slices. Fan slices out to cover tortilla in a radiating pattern. Cut cold butter into 6 or 8 pieces and arrange evenly over pear slices. Sprinkle sugar and nutmeg over the top. Bake about 15 minutes, until pear is tender and sugar is bubbling.
  3. Stir jam to soften and spread lightly over the tart, using a pastry brush or the back of the spoon. Cut tart into wedges by pressing straight down with a knife (don’t drag knife through it). Serve warm.
