Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Toss the pears with lemon juice
  2. Combine all the other ingredients (except the crust) and pour the mixture on top of the pears and toss to coat. Pour into a baking dish and cook for 15 minutes at 400 degrees until thick and bubbly and pears are tender. Remove.
  3. Bake the pie crust until its slightly golden.
  4. Mix the topping ingredients until crumbly
  5. Add the fruit to the crust and cover with topping. (Side note: There will be a lot of juice when you bake the pears, but don't put all of it in the crust or it'll be way too watery)
  6. Return to oven for 7 minutes until the crumbles are golden
