Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1-1/4 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Have muffin cups ready with paper liners and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Blend sugar and margarine.
  4. Add peanut butter and mix until creamy.
  5. Add eggs and beat until smooth.
  6. Sift flours, baking powder and salt together.
  7. Add alternately with milk ending with flour.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes
