Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • filling

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients for cookie dough then mix all ingredients for filling and roll into 1-inch balls.
  2. Flour hands and shape 1 tablespoon dough around 1 peanut butter ball.
  3. Place on cookie sheet and flatten with sugared glass.
  4. Bake at 375 for 9 minutes then cool on wire racks completely.
