Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients together, mix well.
  2. Press into the bottom of a 13x9 baking pan.
  3. Melt butterscotch chips in a double boiler, spread over crumb mixture.
  4. Refrigerate, cut into bars when cooled.
