Peanut Butter And Banana Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup splenda granular
  • 1 cup mashed banana (about 3 large)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Cream sugar, Splenda and banana.
  3. Add eggs and blend well.
  4. Stir in flours, baking soda and salt.
  5. Add peanut butter and vanilla, mix just to blend.
  6. Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking sheets.
  7. Bake 15 minutes.
