Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Useing an electric mixer, blend together water, butter, sugar, and vanilla.
  2. Add powdered milk and blend until thick.
  3. Store in refriderator for up to 1 week.
