Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sifted matzo meal
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate.
  2. Add oil and salt.
  3. Beat eggs and sugar.
  4. Add to chocolate mixture.
  5. Gradually stir in matzoh meal and coffee.
  6. Grease 8” square pan well.
  7. Bake about 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
  8. Cut into bars when warm.
