Passion Fruit Cake

Ingredients:

  • 100 g eggs
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g flour

Directions:

  1. Coolen melt butter (low heat) added in sugar and eggs. Mix well. Add in filtered flour. Seeds and juice of passion fruits to mix in.
  2. Take a greased 20cmx20cm baking pan, spread mixture in the pan.
  3. Bake in th epreheated oven and bake for 25 min.
  4. When done, cut into squares and serve with tea or coffee.
