Ingredients:

  • 2 packages (8 oz.each) cream cheese/softene
  • 1/2 cup grated parnesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup hellman's mayonase
  • 2 tbsp. pimento strips
  • optional:3 oz. bacon bits instead of pecans

Directions:

  1. BEAT first 5 ingredients with mixer until well blended
  2. Stir in green onions.
  3. Refrigerate several hours,prefer overnight for best flavor.
  4. Form into shape of football.
  5. Add pimentoes for the lacing.
  6. Serve with favorite crackers or veggies.
