Ingredients:

  • 1 can 15oz. black beans
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp tahini

Directions:

  1. Blend in Food Processor until creamy.
  2. Serve with Baby Carrots or Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
