Parmesan Ranch Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine cornflake crumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and ranch dressing mix.
  2. Coat both sides of chicken with mix and place in greased 9x13 baking pan.
  3. Spray tops of chicken with nonstick cooking spray to keep moist.
  4. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
  6. Heat spaghetti sauce.
  7. Top pasta with chicken and serve spaghetti sauce over all.
