Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed (1 lb)1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup each diced, mushrooms, broccoli and sweet red and yellow pepper.1 tbsp chopped green onion1 garlic clove, minced1/2 teasoon garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Divide bread dough into 8 pieces.In a bowl, combine the cheese, vegetables, garlic and garlic powder.Roll each piece of dough into 8 inch rope.Roll in cheese mixture, pressing mixture into dough.Tie into a know and press vegetables into dough; tuck ends under.Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets.Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
