Papaya Creme With Liqueur De Cassis

Ingredients:

  • 1 papaya (medium size)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp creme de cassis
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • mint leaf (optional)

Directions:

  1. Peel papaya, remove seeds, cut in chunks, add papaya, ice cream, vanilla and creme de cassis to blender, blend until nice and smooth.
  2. Serve in chilled desert dish or glass, garnish with mint.
