Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Beat eggs then stir in milk, sugar, salt and flour beating constantly with a wire whisk.
  3. Pour batter into sizzling hot pans on top of melted butter and bake for 35 minutes.
  4. Remove from pans.
  5. Serve warm with jelly, sour cream, syrup, honey or powdered sugar.
