Ingredients:

  • 5 3/4-6 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 oz yeast
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup sugar , plus
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp shortening or 1 tbsp margarine or 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 (8 oz) cans coconut

Directions:

  1. Mix 2 1/2 cups of flour and yeast.
  2. In a saucepan heat and stir milk;.
