Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring broth to a boil and stir in pasta.
  2. Boil about 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
  3. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp.
  4. Remove from skillet, crumble and set aside.
  5. Drain pan reserving 3 tbsps. of drippings in pan.
  6. Cook and stir onion and garlic in reserved drippings until tender but not browned.
  7. Add pasta, carrots and bell peppers.
  8. Heat thoroughly, tossing constantly to coat.
  9. Sprinkle with bacon.
