Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crush 9 of the cookies (using a food processor or a zip-lock bag and rolling pin) to fine crumbs and set aside to use later.
  2. In a medium bowl, crush the remaining cookies to fine crumbs.
  3. Add softened cream cheese and mix until well blended.
  4. Roll cookie mixture into about 45 balls, 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Dip balls in chocolate and place on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
  6. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
  7. Refrigerate for about an hour.
  8. Enjoy!
  9. **You can also roll these more like logs and slice them before serving**
