Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tsp mint
  • green food coloring

Directions:

  1. Reserve 1/2 cup crushed cookies for topping.
  2. Line a lightly greased casserole dish with the crushed crumbs.
  3. Boil sugar, water and salt until clear.
  4. Beat egg whites and slowly add syrup beating constantly.
  5. Add whipped cream and coloring to syrup and flavoring.
  6. Pour into casserole and sprinkle crumbs on top.
  7. Freeze several hours then cut into squares to serve.
