Ingredients:

  • 8 sprigs fresh oregano

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry oregano.
  2. In a large saucepan, bring vinegar to a boil over high heat.
  3. Add four sprigs of oregano to vinegar.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Let cool, uncovered, until vinegar reaches room temperature.
  6. Remove oregano and pour vinegar into hot, sterlized bottle.
  7. Add remaining oregano sprigs and seal bottle tightly.
  8. Leave in a cool, dark place for at least one week before using.
