Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, orange zest, vanilla and flax.
  2. Spoon 1/2 of the yogurt into a parfait glass. Layer 1/2 of the orange slices, 1/2 of the cranberries and 1/2 of the pistachios.
  3. To with remaining yogurt and finish off with remaining orange slices, cranberries and pistachios.
