Orange Pie Crust

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Cut shortening into the flour, mixed with the salt sugar, and orange rind.
  2. Add just enough water for dough to form into a ball.
  3. *Make sure shortening is not soft as this is what adds to the flakiness of the crust.
