Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups orange juice ( no pulp)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp egg whites
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups ice

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except ice in a blender and blend on high speed for 15 seconds or until the sugar is disolved.
  2. Add the ice and blend for another 30 seconds or until ice is completely crushed.
  3. Serve.
