Ingredients:

  • 8 -10 slices of fruit bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp finely grated orange rind
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Beat the eggs and then mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Dip the bread in the French Toast batter and fry in melted butter until golden brown on both sides.
