Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine white chocolate, 1/2 cup whipping cream,orange peel, orange liqueur or juice and orange extract.
  2. Stir over low heat until white chocolate is just melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in walnuts. Cool slightly.
  4. Place mixture in a disposable heavy plastic bag, making a small
  5. Opening at the bottom corner.
  6. Squeeze mixture through hole in bag to fill foil candy cups.
  7. Chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  8. In a medium saucepan, heat 1/4 cup whipping cream and espress
  9. Coffee powder or coffee crystals over low heat until dissolved.
  10. Add semi-sweet chocolate, stirring over low heat 3 to 4 minutes
  11. Or until chocolate melts.
  12. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of semisweet chocolate mixture onto each white chocolate cream.
  13. Store in refrigerator, serve at room temperature.
  14. Makes approx. 72 creams.
