Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In mixing bowl stir together yogurt and sugar.
  2. Cut up apricots. Fold apricots and nuts into yogurt mixture.
  3. Spoon into 8-10 paper baking cup lined muffin pans.
  4. Cover; freeze until firm.
  5. Peel off paper. Serve on lettuce lined plates.
