Orange Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 /2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Directions:

  1. Place apples in a greased 9 inch pie plate.
  2. Drizzle with the orange juice.
  3. Combine flour, sugar and spices.
  4. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle over apples.
  6. Bake in a 375F oven about 45 minutes or apples tender and topping is crisp.
  7. Serve warm or room temperature with ice cream.
