Directions:

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients and press into buttered rectangular pan.
  2. Cream sugar with cream cheese. Add melted butter and 3 eggs. Add vanilla. Spread over first layer and bake at 375 degrees 45-60 min or til toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Pumpkin Ooey Gooey Butter Cake: Add 1 can pumpkin and cinnamon and allspice to cream cheese mixture.
  4. Blueberry Ooey Gooey Butter Cake: Add 1 cup blueberries to batter.
  5. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
