  1. Rub oil in a heavy skillet. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onion until it just turns soft. Add turkey, marjoram, and salt and pepper to taste; saute 5-7 minutes. Stir in steak sauce. Heat through; serve on toasted whole-grain rolls.
  2. If you want to kick it up a bit add a pinch of crushed red pepper when sauteing the turkey.
