Onion and Garlic Pork Roast

Ingredients:

  • 2 -3 lbs pork roast
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 5 -6 garlic cloves
  • 1 (14 oz) can chicken broth

Directions:

  1. Brown roast in heavy skillet with a little oil. (I always skip this step).
  2. Place sliced onions in bottom of crockpot.
  3. Put roast on top of onions.
  4. Scatter garlic over top.
  5. Pour in chicken broth.
  6. Cook 6-8 hours on low.
