One Dish Steak and Potato Dinner

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Place flour on wax paper.
  3. Lightly sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.
  4. Coat steaks with flour, shaking off excess.
  5. In large skillet quickly brown steaks on both sides in hot oil.
  6. Place potatoes and onion in 3-quart rectangular baking dish.
  7. Top with steaks.
  8. In small bowl stir together soup and milk.
  9. Pour over steak and vegetables.
  10. Tightly cover with foil.
  11. Bake about 1 hour or until steaks and onions are tender.
