  8. Preparation Time:5 min/Cooking Time:45 min
  9. Can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  10. (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  11. Cup water
  12. /4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
  13. /4 teaspoon paprika
  14. /4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  15. & 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  16. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  17. Stir the soup, water, rice, paprika and black pepper in a 2-quart
  18. Shallow baking dish.
  19. Top with the chicken. Season with additional paprika and black pepper.
  20. Cover the baking dish.
  21. Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the
  22. Rice is tender.
  23. Recipe Tips:
  24. • Recipe Note: For creamier rice, increase the water to 1 & 1/3 cups.
  25. • Serving Suggestion: Serve with a steamed vegetable blend and
  26. Crusty whole wheat rolls.
  27. For dessert serve fresh apple slices and store-bought caramel
  28. Sauce for dipping.
