Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown stew beef on all sides till nicely browned. (Sometimes I use bottom round and cute my own cubes) Place meat and pan drippings in an 5 to 8 quart crock pot. Add all ingredients ( cubed potatoes, ends snapped off gr. beans and snapped into bite sizes,) cover with beef stock.(I use beef base and make stock as I need it.) Cover and cook on high till meat is fork tender.
  2. You can add the potatoes about three to four hours after you start your crock pot, this way the potatoes don't cook away.
