Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crosscut peeled onions into 1/2-inch rings, discarding onion hearts.
  2. In separate container, combine eggs, milk & beer.
  3. Mix flour & baking powder in separated container.
  4. Soak onions in milk mixture & coat onions in flour.
  5. Repeat this step til all onions are dusted with flour mixture.
  6. Fry onions in a deep fryer until golden brown.
  7. Enjoy!
