Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teasp. baking soda
  • 1/2 teasp. salt
  • 1 ( 6 oz. ) package craisins.....the orginal flavor.. diced
  • i would have to add some pecans

Directions:

  1. Using an electric mixer beat butter and sugar in medium size bowl until light and fluffy
  2. Add eggs...mix well
  3. In separate bowl combine... oats, flour, baking soda, and salt
  4. Add to butter mixture in several additions....mixing well after each
  5. Stir in dried cranberries and chocolate chunks
  6. Drop by rounded teaspoon unto an ungreased cookie sheet
  7. Bake at 375' F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
  8. Cool on wire rack..
  9. Approx. 30 cookies
