Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shortening
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and chill.
  2. Divide dough into sections for easy handling. Roll out very thin. Cut and bake on lightly greased sheet.
  3. Bake at 375F for 8-20 minutes.
