Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Cream the margarine, oil and sugar.
  2. Add water, mix well.
  3. Mix dry ingredients.
  4. Add dry ingredients to margarine/sugar mixture.
  5. Drop onto greased cookie sheet by tablespoonful.
  6. Bake at 375 F for 8 minutes or until done.
  7. Let cool for at least five minutes before removing from cookie sheet or they will smush.
