  1. Preheat baking oven at 350°.
  2. Beat butter at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy; gradually add brown sugar, and beat well. Add egg, egg white, corn syrup, and vanilla, beating well.
  3. Combine flour, instant nonfat dry milk powder and baking soda.
  4. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, mixing well. Stir in oats, chocolate morsels, and rice cereal.
  5. Coat cooking sheets with cooking spray.
  6. Drop dough by 2 rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. Store in airtight container.
