Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. TOPPING........ pour 2 TBSP. butter into ungreased 9-inch round cake pan
  2. In bowl combine..... coconut, dark brown sugar, nuts, and 2 TBSP evaporated milk.
  3. Sprinkle over melted butter
  4. ..............................................................
  5. BATTER.....
  6. Combine in bowl.... flour, brown sugar, sugar, baking powder, and salt...... cut in 1/4 cup butter
  7. In small bowl... beat i cup milk, egg, and vanilla together
  8. Stir into the flour mixture just until blended.... Do Not over mix
  9. Pour batter over the nut mixture
  10. In preheated 350' F oven bake 30 -35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
  11. Cook 10 minutes on wire rack
  12. Invert onto serving plate
