Not Your Grandma's Rice Krispie Bars

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 16 oz miniature marshmallows
  • 2/3 cup cake mix

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and marshmallows in a large bowl in the microwave or a pot on the stove.
  2. Mix in cake mix by the spoonful until all is mixed.
  3. Mix in Rice Krispies until they are all coated in the goo.
  4. Spray 9 x 12 pan with cooking spray.
  5. Press into pan.
  6. Top with sprinkles (I prefer nonpareils).
  7. Let cool before serving.
