Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise, leaving the stems intact*
  2. Remove seeds and veins
  3. Rinse halves, drain on paper towels
  4. In bowl, mix softened cream cheese and all ingredients except bacon
  5. Spoon cream cheese mixture in pepper halves, mounding slightly
  6. Wrap bacon piece around each, overlapping on *top*
  7. Secure bacon with toothpick
  8. Place on a sprayed foil-lined baking sheet
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp
  10. May also grill
  11. *USE GLOVES WHEN PREPARING THE PEPPERS
