Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put 1/2 tsp oil in pan and heat over medium heat.
  2. Melt butter, and add milk and eggs.
  3. Stir in sugar and flour, until mixture is smooth. add vanilla.
  4. Pour mixture onto hot oiled pan, one at a time.
  5. These take only a few minutes each to cook, as they are very thin!
  6. Place cooked pancake on plate and sprinkle with sugar. roll up and drizzle with maple syrup.
