No Knead Potato Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2-1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups hot milk
  • 1 package dry yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup lukewarm water.
  • 5 cups to 5 1/2 cups sifted flour

Directions:

  1. Combine mashed potatoes, sugar, oil, salt and hot milk. Cool to
  2. Lukewarm. Stir in beaten eggs and yeast that has been dissolved. Then add flour. Mix well, cover and let rise until double in bulk. Whip
  3. Down, cover and place in refrigerator.
  4. Shape into rolls, let rise then Bake at 375 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes.
