Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make four 1/2-cup scoops of ice milk. Place in a shallow baking pan. Store in the freezer until needed.
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
  3. Stir in the pecans. Continue stirring over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add cinnamon.
  5. In small mixing bowl, toss together nut mixture and cornflakes.
  6. Quickly roll the frozen ice-milk balls in the cereal mixture.
  7. Return the coated ice milk balls to the pan and freeze until ready to serve.
  8. To serve, drizzle each serving with 1 teaspoon of molasses.
