No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 1/2 cups oats

Directions:

  1. Melt 1 stick of butter in a sauce pan. Add 1/2c milk, 1/4c cocoa and 2c granulated sugar. Bring to a boil while stirring for approximately 3 minutes.
  2. Take off stove and stir in 1/2c peanut butter (smooth or chunky your choice) and 2 1/2 c oats ( I use quick oats but most people use regular oats) stir until combined.
  3. Note: Have your pan ready before you start the cooking process. Drop by spoon fulls on wax paper or baking sheet sprayed with pan spray or coated with butter.
