Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Bring 1st 4 Ingredients (Butter, Milk, Cocoa, Sugar) to a boil.
  2. Boil 1 Minute.
  3. Remove From Heat.
  4. Add Remaining Ingredients (Peanut Butter, Oatmeal, Vanilla).
  5. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet or spread in a baking dish to cool.
  6. Cut into squares (if baking dish used) & store cookies in an air-tight container.
