No-Bake Chocolate Oat Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups oats

Directions:

  1. Combine the cocoa powder, sugar, milk, corn syrup, and butter and heat until boiling (either in a saucepan over medium heat or in a glass bowl in your microwave).
  2. Boil for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla, oats, and coconut.
  4. Spoon onto waxed paper and allow to cool.
